Reservations are saved to the shared database. Confirmed and pending bookings both use capacity. Over-capacity bookings require confirmation before saving.
Overview totals include Confirmed + Pending bookings. Cancelled bookings do not use capacity.

How to connect: open the Excel template, go to the Setup sheet, paste this link into the yellow cell, then Data → Refresh All. If Excel asks for sign-in, choose Anonymous. Renewing the link disconnects every Excel file using the old one.
